Mel Keane (b. 1991, Dublin) is a Lisbon-based artist, designer and composer whose work studies the intersection of observation and memory.He has worked as a visual artist and award-winning designer within the cultural sector since graduating from Visual Communication (BA, Hons.) at IADT in 2015.

He has been active as a musician / composer since 2013 and has released several projects on Irish and international labels. Most notable of which is Frog of Earth project, which has received acclaim from multiple global publications including The Wire Magazine, Resident Advisor, Bandcamp Daily & The Quietus.
