Carlos Lopes Franco was born in Barras-Mafra. He is a thermodynamic engineer and researcher in energy efficiency.
Photographer with publications in magazines, websites and other national and international speciality media, since 2015.
Nominated several times photographer of the month, as well as many better photographs of the month, cover, etc., since 2019.
